These Terms of Service govern your use of the West Palm Junk Pros website and your engagement of our junk removal services in West Palm Beach and Palm Beach County, Florida. By using this website or booking our services, you agree to these terms.
Services
West Palm Junk Pros provides junk removal, estate cleanouts, garage cleanouts, appliance haul-away, furniture removal, and construction debris removal services in Palm Beach County, Florida. All services are provided subject to a written flat-price quote agreed upon before any work begins.
Quotes and Pricing
All pricing is based on the volume of material to be removed, as assessed during a free on-site estimate visit. A written quote is provided before any loading begins. The quoted price is the price you pay for the agreed scope. Changes to the scope of work after the quote is agreed — additional items, additional areas, or additional volume not visible at the estimate — may result in an adjusted price, which will be communicated and agreed before additional work proceeds.
We do not provide binding price commitments over the phone or via website without an on-site assessment of the actual scope.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that:
- You have legal authority to authorize the removal of all items included in the job scope
- Items you designate for removal are accurately represented at the time of the estimate
- Hazardous materials (paint, solvents, motor oil, pesticides, asbestos-containing materials, medical waste) are not included in the removal scope without prior disclosure and agreement
- Access to the property is available as scheduled, including any HOA check-in requirements, elevator scheduling, or gate codes
- Any items you wish to retain are clearly identified and separated from items designated for removal before the crew begins loading
Materials Outside Our Scope
Certain materials cannot be accepted for standard junk removal due to Florida regulations and environmental requirements, including: hazardous household waste, asbestos-containing materials, medical sharps and biohazardous waste, and full propane tanks. We will identify these categories during the estimate walk-through and direct you to appropriate disposal resources.
Liability
West Palm Junk Pros carries general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. In the event of damage to your property caused by our crew during the course of an agreed job, please notify us immediately. We will assess the situation and work to resolve it appropriately under our insurance coverage.
We are not liable for damage to items that were included in the removal scope and removed at your direction. We are not liable for items that customers later determine they wanted to keep after removal has occurred — once items leave your property in our truck, they cannot be retrieved.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim, not to exceed one hundred dollars (USD 100) beyond the job amount in any circumstance.
Scheduling and Cancellation
We make every effort to arrive within the confirmed 2-hour arrival window for scheduled jobs. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (weather, vehicle issues, prior job overrun), we will contact you as early as possible to reschedule. Customers may cancel or reschedule appointments at no charge with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a trip fee for the estimate visit.
